Data Integrity

Data integrity checks are performed to identify outdated information in the database and allow users to correct any data problems. Below are the typical issues that can be addressed by data integrity checks.

1. The issue types cannot be recognized as TestRay issue types.

2. Linkage cannot be established anymore:

   1. In Requirement issue: Parent/Child linkage cannot be established; test case linkage cannot be established.

   2. In Test case issue: Requirement linkage cannot be established, test suite linkage cannot be established.

   3. In Test suite: Test case linkage cannot be established.

   4. In ‘Requirements’ page: Test case linkage cannot be established.

   5. In Requirement suite: Requirement linkage cannot be established.

3. Whenever you see TestRay data missing (linkage, issues are not visible in page).
